Getting here
We’re in the industrial units behind the BP on Logan River Road — drive past the servo, turn in, and we’re unit 4 with the pink sign. Free parking right outside the door. Beenleigh station is a ten-minute walk and the 550 stops on Main Street.
Getting in
Step-free entry from the car park, no lip at the door. Wide aisles between the fabric racks — a wheelchair or a pram gets through everywhere except the back corner of the pattern room, and we’ll bring anything out to you. Accessible toilet on site. There are chairs scattered everywhere, so sit down whenever you like.
Quietest times are Tuesday and Wednesday mornings. Saturdays are busy and loud. If noise or crowds are difficult, come Tuesday and tell us at the counter — we’ll give you space.
What's in here
The fabric wall runs the length of the front room, sorted by type — wovens, knits, quilting, drill, flannelette, the lot. Haberdashery is in the drawers along the side: buttons, zips, elastic, bias binding, thread. Patterns and books are in the back room, including a genuinely large vintage collection. The handmade emporium is by the counter. The classroom is through the back with eight machines and two overlockers.
Bringing donations
Anything you can carry, just bring it in during opening hours. Anything bigger than a car boot, ring first or take it to the Meadowbrook warehouse.
