Where it all lands before it gets sorted. Not a shop — but if you've got a whole room to donate, or a day to give us, this is the place.
Booking a drop-off
Tell us roughly what you’ve got and when suits, and we’ll give you a time. Most drop-offs get sorted within a week or two. If it’s an estate or a downsize with a deadline, say so — we’ve worked to a settlement date before and we can do it again.
Send a photo if you’re unsure whether we can take something. It saves you a trip and it saves us finding somewhere to put it.
When you arrive
Roller door at unit 14, park right in front of it. There are trolleys and there’ll be someone to help you unload — don’t carry anything heavy on your own. Allow about twenty minutes for a car load, longer for a trailer or a van.
Volunteering here
This is where the sorting happens, and sorting is the job we need most. It’s quiet, it’s methodical, you can put headphones in, and there’s no counter work or customer chat unless you want it. Good if the shop floor feels like too much.
Shifts are flexible — come when we’re in, which is most weekdays. Sitting or standing, whichever works for you.
Getting in
Step-free through the roller door, concrete floor throughout, accessible toilet. It's a working warehouse so it's cooler in winter and warmer in summer than the shops — dress for it. Tell us what you need and we'll set you up somewhere that works.

Anything the charity can sew with is set aside before anything else happens to it.
Out to the shops
The rest is measured, priced and sent to Beenleigh, Moorooka or the online store.
